湖南衡山人。1954年生于衡阳。中国美术教育研究会成员，湖南省特级教师，享受国务院专家津贴。2002年荣获铁道部“火车头”奖章。长沙铁路第一中学高级教师。作品多次参加国内各级美术作品展。其中2000年《郭亮与岳州铁路工人卧轨罢工》荣获省美展优秀奖。2003年《三个养路工》参加全国美术展览获铜奖。
Peng Hengping, a native of Hunan Hengshan, was born in Hengyang.He is a member of China Art Education Research Association; a special-grade teacher of Hunan province received the expert allowance of State Council. In 2002 he won Locomotive Medal of Ministry of Railway. He is a senior teacher of Changsha Railway No. 1 Middle School. His works participated in all kinds of national art exhibitions, of which Guo Liang and Yuezhou Railway Workers’ Strike of Lying on the Rail winning excellence award of provincial art exhibition, Three Railway Maintenance Workers winning bronze medal of national art exhibition.
