1968年出生于湖南省常德市。青年油画家，北京油画学会会员，湖南工程职业技术学院教授。曾先后就读于中央美术学院、中国人民大学、巴黎美院宾卡斯绘画创作与材料班，并于2008年毕业于中国艺术研究生院写实油画工作室，现就读于清华大学当代艺术油画高研班。 曾参加中国艺术研究院建国60周年大型油画“永远的丰碑”主题创作展，2008“艺术湖南”优秀美术作品进京展，中国艺术研究院研究生院举办的海南油画风景展，全国第十一届美术作品展（湖南展区），并获得“祖国为你骄傲”之中国体育明星风采油画大展优秀奖。
2009年接受湖南卫视“油画中国”节目专访。
2010年编著：《名师指导·色彩块面》技术技法书，上海美术出版社出版。
2010年参加湖南美术家协会长沙大学油画风景作品展，荣获优秀奖。
Zhou Biao, male, born in Changde, Hunan province in 1968, is a youth oil painter, a member of Beijing Oil Painting Association, professor of Hunan Engineering Polytechnic.
He studied successively in Central Academy of Fine Arts, Renmin University of China, Paris Academy of Fine Art Pincas Creation and Material Class. In 2008 he graduated from China Art Institute Realistic Oil Painting Studio and at present he studied in oil painting advanced class of contemporary art in Tsinghua University.He has attended “The Forever Monument” Thematic Oil Painting Exhibition—Celebrating the 60th Anniversary of the Establishment of PRC held by China Art Academy, “2008 Art Hunan” Excellence Art Works Beijing Exhibition, Hainan Oil Painting Exhibition held by Graduate School of China Art Academy, The 11th National Art Exhibition (Hunan area). He won the excellence award of “Homeland is Proud of You” Oil Painting Exhibition of Chinese Sports Stars.
In 2009, he received the special interview by “Oil Painting in China” program of Hunan TV.
In 2010, he edited Teacher Guided—Color, Block, and Side technical skills book, published by Shanghai People’s Fine Arts Publishing House.
In 2010, his works attended Landscape Oil Painting Exhibition held by Hunan Artists Association and Changsha University, and won the excellence award.
